Add any letters (5mm) to the symbol. For exemple we can add a "D" in the middle for a dental caduceus or any of those: PTA, PT, V, N, RN, RPN, LPN, MD... extra charge of 2.50 per letter. Simply select the number of letter to add bellow & mention which ones in a note upon payment.
